Exactly a year ago on August 12, 2015 little Daniel Turgeman was killed by a mortar fired at his home. His parents approached the UN Secretary General in a letter demanding to speak out against Hamas war crimes, instead of setting up a Commission of Inquiry into Israeli conduct during Operation Protective Edge.

“When we sat shiva according to the Jewish custom of mourning, we heard about the decision to establish a Commission of Inquiry to investigate the incidents during the war,” Daniel’s parents wrote to the UN Secretary General. “The announcement on this issue was transferred to the Prime Minister when we learned just a half an hour prior to that Daniel was murdered. It is possible that this was communicated when our Daniel was still lying there in the living room of our house.”

Gila and Doron Turgeman revealed their displeasure and great anguish that the Commission of Inquiry would only investigate the Israeli side: “The investigative committee will not be asked to examine how terrorist operatives fired inside UN buildings,” they wrote. “It will not be asked to examine how Hamas abused the Palestinian people and how its members force Gazan residents to dig tunnels with the sole purpose of waging terrorism against Israel. Why are you silent? Does your silence testify that you accept the abuse and mistreatment of the Israeli and Palestinian people?”

The anguished parents told the UN Secretary General in the harsh letter the difficult reality they face following the tragedy: “We were a happy family. We lived in Kibbutz Nahal Oz close to Gaza, where the threat of the tunnels reached. At night, we heard voices and noises digging beneath us. Could you, Mr. Secretary General, imagine how we live? How we lived in constant fear of mortars exploding and terrorists reaching us from the tunnels that were sabotaged?”

Turgeman’s death happened in front of his 3.5 year old sister, in front of his brother who was only 4 months old, his father and mother.” Young life gone but not forgotten.

Today exactly a year to his murder the Europeans and other world activists seeking to arrest Prime Minister Netanyahu for crimes against Gaza people and humanity is pure and simple hypocrisy!!!

The Mandate for Palestine declared that the land of Israel or Palestine as it was termed is our Jewish homeland based on our historical connection and a tradition of thousands of years

“Whereas the Principal Allied Powers have also agreed that the Mandatory should be responsible for putting into effect the declaration originally made on November 2nd, 1917, by the Government of His Britannic Majesty, and adopted by the said Powers, in favor of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people ....Whereas recognition has thereby been given to the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country; and in the development of the country. The Zionist organization, .....shall be recognized as such agency. It shall take steps in consultation with His Britannic Majesty’s Government to secure the co-operation of all Jews who are willing to assist in the establishment of the Jewish national home. .....The Mandatory shall be responsible for seeing that no Palestine territory shall be ceded or leased to, or in any way placed under the control of the Government of any foreign Power. The Administration of Palestine, ...., close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes. Article 7. The Administration of Palestine shall be responsible for enacting a nationality law. There shall be included in this law provisions framed so as to facilitate the acquisition of Palestinian citizenship by Jews who take up their permanent residence in Palestine”. http://www.mythsandfacts.org/

No Arab or any other ethnic groups were to get Sovereign rights west of the Jordan River

51 member countries of the League of Nations signed the full declaration (see link to full verbiage)  into a binding international law as of July 24, 1922: Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, British India, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Italy, Japan, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes, Latvia, Liberia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Persia, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Republic of China, Romania, Siam, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Union of South Africa, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and Venezuela.  It is important to note that it was never canceled or abolished.

So why are we mentioning something so ancient? It is a necessary reminder to all nations. The crucial fact we all must remember. All these lands appropriated exclusively to the Jewish nation to re-constitute our homeland. No other ethnic entity received similar sovereign rights in “Jewish Palestine” besides them. All other ethnic groups can live peacefully in the Jewish homeland but under Israeli law, sovereignty and dominion. The Arabs received four different areas to exercise their sovereignty Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon and Syria and they currently destroyed all of them. The truth is that long before 1948 the Arabs refused to accept Jews as equals and wanted Muslim domination of everything. The war was against the Jewish state that lost lands designated by the world nations yet taken away only to be returned to Jewish hands in 1967.

The discovery of a distinct nation called “Palestinian Arabs” by the same nations is an absolute hypocrisy and double standard!!!

Some of the countries that allocated all the lands to the Jewish home participated in killing civilians  without prior notifications or warnings.

Since 2001, Palestinian militants launched thousands of rockets and mortar attacks on Israel from the Gaza Strip. As of July 2014, the attacks have killed 50 people, and injured more than 1900 people, but their main effect is their creation of widespread trauma and disruption of daily life among the Israeli populace in cities like in the city of Sderot the closest city to Gaza. Research has documented stress disorders among young children, high rates of depression, miscarriage and other problems. A poll conducted in September 2014 found that 80% of Palestinians support firing rockets against Israel if it does not allow unfettered access to Gaza. Israel refused to let that happen due to constant smuggling of weapons.

Crude and short-range Qassam rockets were affecting close to the border communities. In 2006, rockets that are more sophisticated made an appearance reaching Ashkelon, Ashdod and other cities. In 2012, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv became targets via locally made "M-75" and Iranian Fajr-5 rockets some containing white phosphorus. The rockets directed to civilian population is terrorism and repeated requests to stop them did not stop the rockets. Israel made all possible effort to insure that civilians in Gaza receive notification via phone, leaflets, radio and TV about her plans to attack rocket launching pads. Many times schools, clinics and kindergartens became launching pads to rockets or were booby-trapped.
