Russia: Talks with Ukraine - only if it recognizes 'the new territorial reality'

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday that Russia expects to continue talks with Ukraine only if it "recognizes the new territorial reality" created as a result of the war.
