After the early spring weather peaked and cooled down amid scattered rain nationwide this week, the warmth is set to make a welcome return this weekend.
Friday is to be partially cloudy to pleasant with average temperatures for the season, although light local rain may fall in the north.
The warming trend is to continue on into Saturday, as temperatures rise slightly providing optimal conditions for walks throughout the country.
However the weather stability is predicted to be short lived, and as early as next Sunday the temperatures will once again drop slightly as cloud cover moves in.
Then on Monday the weather will flip-flop again as temperatures rise to above seasonal norms, in quick changes in the weather that can often lead to colds and other seasonal maladies.
Friday's max predicted temperatures are to be 19° C (66° F) in Tel Aviv, 16° C (60° F) in Jerusalem, 18° C (64° F) in Haifa and in the Golan Heights, 14° C (57° F) in Tzfat (Safed), 20° C (68° F) in Be'er Sheva, 25° C (77° F) at the Dead Sea, and 26° C (78° F) in Eilat.
