The accountant-general of the Finance Ministry has published the government's program for transitioning its official vehicles to electric or hybrid power, as well as the results of the tender.

"Within less than a year, around 25 percent of government vehicles have been exchanged for hybrid models," Yaheli Rottenberg said. "Today we are publishing an encompassing program for incorporating electric vehicles into the government fleet. In light of our climate obligations, we have made great progress in introducing electric vehicles over the past two years, and from the year 2025 we intend to purchase only electric vehicles."
