Nechama doesn’t ask for much. She just wants to go home.

But for the past few months, home has been replaced by the pediatric oncology ward — tubes, machines, and a long fight with brain cancer.

She’s only nine years old.

By her side, her parents, Chaya Golda and Rav Yitzchak Meir, have watched her battle bravely. They’ve seen her smile through searing pain, lose weight and energy — but never her spirit.

Now, her doctors say her only hope lies outside of Israel: an advanced treatment in Germany that could save her life.

The cost? €135,000 — and not a single euro is covered by insurance.

“We are broken,” says her mother. “We’re scared. And we’re asking, from the bottom of our hearts: Please help us save our little girl.”

Rav Yitzchak Meir teaches in a small school in Beitar. They are raising nine children — and now, facing the unimaginable. There is no way they can do this alone.

Every donation brings Nechama one step closer to Germany. One step closer to life.
