Israeli killed in avalanche at French ski resort

French media report that Israeli was killed in an avalanche outside the Villaroger ski resort in the Savoie region of the French Alps.

At least 66 people die in a fire that broke out at a popular ski resort hotel. Some guests died after jumping out of the windows.
