Three years after being violently attacked by an Arab security guard in Jerusalem, the assault victim discovered he has a criminal record.

1,313 requests for pardon

1,313 requests for pardon were submitted this year

Most requests were for the erasure of a criminal record and many positive recommendations were forwarded to the President of Israel.
