Avraham is an incredibly brave young man– He left everything familiar many years ago to follow the path of Judaism and moved across the ocean to live in the holy land. Now, he is unfortunately in a severe medical crisis and he has no family, no one to pay for the expensive treatment his life direly depends on.
Rabbi Shraga Kallus is begging readers to come to Avraham’s aid by helping organization Bsiyata quickly gather enough funds to save his life in time.
It says in the Torah to love thy neighbor as yourself one time. But to love the convert, it says thirty-six times in the Torah. This proves how important it is to be there for converts during their times of need. We therefore urge every reader to generously donate here towards saving Avraham’s life.
