Thousands of Orthodox Jews in the Boro Park neighborhood of New York gathered on Thursday evening for a prayer rally, following similar large rallies that took place this week multiple cities with large Orthodox Jewish communities such as Monsey, New York and Lakewood, New Jersey.

Rabbis and leaders from across the Orthodox spectrum united to pray for the dire situation that Israel is facing and to recite Psalms for the Jewish nation, united as one voice.

Security was on high alert as NYPD officers and communal affairs coordinated with Shomrim and Hatzolah to ensure that the prayer rally would take place safely and securely.
