They appear to be an ordinary family. Eliyahu Marian learns Torah with his sons, and the children attend school and succeed. But behind the calm exterior lies a painful reality that can no longer be hidden.
Eliyahu and his five children have lived in severe poverty since the passing of their mother four years ago. The youngest daughter, Fayge, now seven, has no memory of a home with a stocked kitchen.

For years, they kept their situation private. Some days there was food on the table, and some days there wasn’t. But their current living conditions are no longer sustainable, prompting Eliyahu to turn to the public for assistance.
Today, all six family members—father and children—share a single bedroom. They urgently need to relocate to more suitable housing, yet lack the means to do so.
A crowdfunding campaign has been launched to help them meet basic needs—food, proper shelter, and a return to dignity. The family is not asking for luxuries—just the essentials that most take for granted.
Rabbi Moshe Bransdorfer has personally endorsed the campaign, saying, “Do whatever you can for him, to relieve him from his sorrows and financial hardship. In the merit of this great mitzvah, all those who participate should be blessed with double blessings from Heaven, and all their requests should be fulfilled for the good.”
Jews around the world are stepping in to support this family. Donations are providing food, better housing, and the dignity every child deserves.
