Lahav 433 and the Israel Tax Authority uncovered a network importing drones from China.
The drones were allegedly transferred to criminal elements and used to smuggle weapons and drugs in southern Israel.
Three suspects were arrested, and a shipment of approximately 30 drones was seized.
Two of the suspects' detentions were extended until August 25, while the third suspect was released under restrictive conditions.
Israel Police noted that additional arrests are expected.
