IDF troops under the command of the Gaza Division’s Engineering Unit are continuing operations to clear central and southern Gaza of terrorist infrastructure, east of the Yellow Line.
During operations, the troops sealed two additional underground tunnel routes belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization.
The tunnels spanned a combined length of more than two kilometers, and their destruction is part of the effort to neutralize the terrorist organizations’ tunnel network in the Gaza Strip.
Following the sealing, the IDF stressed, "IDF troops under the command of the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the ceasefire agreement framework and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat."
