An aerial team from the Lehava national special rescue unit, together with a police helicopter from the air unit, on Wednesday evening rescued a youth from Nahal Prat.
The youth, who had suffered injuries to his limb, was secured to a designated stretcher by a rescuer and the two were airlifted directly to an evacuation point.
Upon their arrival at the site, they were met by medical teams waiting to transport him to a hospital for further treatment.
