Yehoshua Shani, father of the fallen IDF officer Capt. Ori Mordechay Shani and chairman of the Hagvura Forum, issued a sharp call to the Israeli government following the Hamas terror group's repeated violations of the ceasefire.
In a Hebrew-language video, Shani noted that the security situation on the ground is deteriorating and endangering IDF soldiers.
“Government of Israel, wake up. The ceasefire is blowing up in our faces,” said Shani. “Every day there are attempts to harm IDF soldiers. Terror is rampant in Judea and Samaria.”
Shani accused the government of breaking its promises to eliminate Hamas and to return the hostages, stating:
“You promised and committed to eliminate Hamas. Eliminate Hamas and bring back all the deceased hostages.”
