The event was attended by public figures and senior members of the Jewish community in Los Angeles, as well as the Mayor of Beverly Hills, Sharona Nazarian, who took part in the distinguished gathering. During the evening, both Rabbi Pinto and Prince Pahlavi delivered remarks that focused on the importance of fostering dialogue, unity, and combating antisemitism.

In his address, Pinto said, “The world is in a period that requires each person to look inward, to identify the places where evil has taken hold, and to uproot them in order to make room for goodness and light.” He added, “Every individual must be an ambassador of peace, not only between nations but also among people, within families, and within society.” Rabbi Pinto emphasized that only through unity and compassion can humanity repair the spiritual fracture that the world has experienced in recent years.

He further stated that the rise of antisemitism in many countries is not merely a Jewish problem, but a universal human problem, and that the world must unite against all forms of hatred and exclusion. “We must see in every person a whole world,” he said, “without distinctions of religion, race, or nationality. Only in this way can we build a better future for the generations to come.”

Rabbi Pinto concluded his speech with a call to act, not only to speak, and to do everything possible to increase peace in the world. “Peace begins in the heart of every person,” he said, “and only when we cleanse ourselves of division can we bring true peace outward.”

Iran’s Crown Prince, Reza Pahlavi, also spoke about the importance of peace and the responsibility of every leader to work toward a future free of hatred. He stressed the need for regional cooperation and for strengthening dialogue between nations. According to him, only through mutual trust can a genuine foundation for cooperation be created between countries and communities that for years have been distant from one another.

The evening concluded with remarks from the hosts, who expressed their gratitude to both figures for “their contribution to promoting dialogue of reconciliation and openness between cultures, and for their joint efforts against antisemitism around the world.”
