26 rockets were fired at Israeli territory from Lebanon overnight. The rockets were fired at the Meron and Bar Yochai areas.

Some of the rockets fell in open areas and some were intercepted. No injuries were reported, but a 12-year-old girl had to be treated for anxiety.

Sirens were heard in Safsufa, the Merom HaGalil Regional Council, Or HaGanuz, Meron, and Bar Yochai.

Media outlets in Lebanon reported that the IDF responded by attacking terrorist targets in the town of Maroun El Ras.

Amit Sofer, head of the Marom HaGilil regional council, responded to the shooting and said: "Once again dozens of missiles were fired at the communities, and it is only by a great miracle there are no wounded or dead here. We trust the IDF to strike back with greater force and keep the terrorist threat away from the fence."

"Our residents want to return to their homes after more than 200 days in hotels and other places, but they will not return without real security," Sofer said.
