Israel Police and Border Police officers arrested 11 Arabs who infiltrated pre-1967 Israel from Jenin.
The Arabs were arrested at a business at the entrance to the northern city of Afula, while they slept at the site, which they used for lodgings.
All of the Arabs are residents of Jenin, a city known to be a terror hotbed. They have been taken to a local police station for questioning.
The business owner was also called for questioning at the police station, under suspicion that he lodged and employed illegal infiltrators.
Last month, undercover Border Police officers and detectives, together with detectives from the Tzion precinct operated in the Jerusalem area and in the Issawiya neighborhood stopped a driver who was impersonating a police vehicle by fixing flashing lights to his front windshield. In the trunk of the vehicle, the officers found 13 illegal infiltrators.
