The four terrorists eliminated by the IAF
The four terrorists eliminated by the IAFISA.

As part of the Air Force strikes in Gaza and the elimination of senior Hamas officials, an intelligence effort is being carried out by the ISA to eliminate the inter-regional terror centers that are in Gaza and facilitate attacks from the Israel Defense Forces.

So far, the ISA and the IDF have eliminated about 20 terrorist operatives from various organizations in Gaza, with an emphasis on the Hamas terrorist organization. Half of the terrorists who were eliminated belong to the Hagadeh ("The West Bank") Headquarters, the body entrusted with the recruitment of operatives from Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem to carry out attacks on Israeli territory, as well as financing and managing Hamas activities in Judea and Samaria.

In addition, more than 10 targets were attacked in the neighborhood of "El Amal City," where Hamas terrorists who were released from Israeli prisons in a prisoner exchange deal have been located and since their release have continued to engage in promoting terrorist activity, with an emphasis on the financing and directing of Hamas attacks in Israel

Among the terrorists who were eliminated:

Abdullah Abu Seef, originally from Hebron, was arrested in 2003 and sentenced to life imprisonment for involvement in the murder of Israelis. He was released as part of the "Shalit deal" and began operating in the "West Bank headquarters" of Hamas, with the aim of directing Hamas activities in the field, including carrying out attacks against Israelis.

Ramzi Ok, originally from the Bethlehem area, was arrested in 2003 after recruiting a suicide bomber who carried out a suicide attack in May 2002, in addition to his involvement in other attacks. He was released as part of the "Shalit deal" and since then has been involved in directing terrorist operatives from Judea and Samaria to carry out attacks against Israelis.

Mahmoud Halabi, a Hamas activist, was a dominant activist in the events of the riots near the fence in the Gaza Strip in 2021. In the past year, he served as an inter-regional coordinator for carrying out terrorism in Israel, and assisted terrorist activities within Judea and Samaria.

Muhammad Awadallah, a Hamas operative and one of the heads of the inter-regional guidance infrastructure of Hamas, is the son of a veteran Hamas operative who serves as secretary of the executive committee of the Hamas leadership.
