Palestinian Authority Prime Minister (PA) Mohammad Shtayyeh claimed today (Monday) that the Palestinian Arabs' goal of controlling the land will not be disrupted because of "the crimes of the colonialists" as the war between Israel and the Hamas terrorist organization rages.

At the beginning of the PA government meeting in Ramallah, Shtayyeh said that Israel is preparing for a ground military operation in the Gaza Strip, which means the continuation of "new crimes, atrocities, forced deportation and killing for the sake of killing and revenge."

Completely ignoring the act of genocide which was the unprovoked massacre of over 1,400 Israelis by Hamas on October 7, Shtayyeh claimed that "what is happening in Gaza is total genocide, which is being carried out by a criminal machine that operates according to a savage, barbaric, colonialist concept that is thirsty for killing, and that enjoys the suffering of innocents and children and bombs mosques and churches."

Rewriting history, he emphasized that "the Palestinian people own the land, they have been there for thousands of years, while Israel is a colonialist entity that conquered our land and expelled our people."

According to Shtayyeh, the PA's priority and the responsibility of the international community is to end Israel's retaliation against Hamas and protect the residents of Gaza from Israel's efforts to destroy Hamas.

He added that the PA is working with the Egyptian government to ensure the transfer of aid equipment through the Rafah crossing, and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is working to mobilize world leaders to work to end the war.
