Professor Amiram Goldblum, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Natural Materials at the Faculty of Medicine of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and one of the founders of Peace Now, published a post in which he criticized MK Zvi Sukkot (Religious Zionism).

"Zvi Sukkot is one of the enemies of the state that needs to be exterminated. He is not a brother or a relative, but a follower of Meir Kahane, a scoundrel, and a supporter of the party of genocide for the Palestinians, Religious Zionism," wrote Goldblum.

He added, "He is also proof that there is no difference between the criminals and terrorists of Otzma Yehudit and Religious Zionism, two sickening parties. The main achievement of this pit, a wild increase of the Hilltop Youth, young Smotriches, is acts of violence and abomination, like his own racism, against Palestinians. I am and the Palestinians are against this villain and I hope you will find a way to exterminate him and his ilk."

Sukkot MK responded: "One is allowed to criticize, but it is forbidden in any way to incite. The incitement we are aware of in the networks lately is out of line. It starts with the call of the protest leaders to go out to the civil war, and continues with the call for harm to members of the Knesset."

According to him, "Of course, there is no connection between what Goldblum wrote and reality. I call on the entire political spectrum, stop the incitement now. You can argue, you have to talk and consider and you must not incite."
