On Tuesday night, IDF, Israel Security Agency (Shabak), and Israel Border Police forces conducted counterterrorism activities in a number of locations in Judea and Samaria, including in the towns of Deir Abu Masha'al, Urif, Tell, Ein Qiniyye, Ein Al Sultan, Kifl Haris, Al Aroub, and the city of Hebron.

During counterterrorism activity in the town of Qabatiya, one individual suspected of terrorist activities was apprehended. During the activity, a violent riot was instigated. The rioters hurled rocks, a Molotov cocktail, and an improvised grenade.

In addition, in the residence of one of the suspects, an explosive device was located.

Furthermore, IDF soldiers apprehended four individuals suspected of terrorist activities in the towns of Anata, Abu Shukhaydam, and Bidu. During the counterterrorism activities, illegal weapons were confiscated, including a “Carlo” gun and a handgun.

A total of 12 individuals were apprehended overnight. The suspects and the confiscated weapons were transferred to security forces for further processing.

No IDF injuries were reported.
