Democrats MK Naama Lazimi has urged Israeli Arabs to vote, in order to help replace the current coalition.
In an interview with the Arab-Israeli Hala TV, Lazimi claimed that high Arab voter turnout would help "kick out the fascists and racists."
Lazimi stated that the Democrats would be part of the coalition formed after the elections and estimated that her party would be the second-largest, potentially winning 15 Knesset seats.
She accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of putting Hamas back on its feet, with Turkey and Qatar standing by its side, and accused his coalition partners of fomenting a third intifada in Judea and Samaria.
Lazimi said she believes there is no alternative to a diplomatic agreement with the Palestinian Authority and Hamas, beginning with "separation" and eventually leading to peace.
"We are not giving up on peace," Lazimi said. "In the next government, it will be possible to establish steps that will lay the groundwork for a long-term diplomatic agreement. We, the Democrats, will be at the forefront of this. There is no other option."
