The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit announced on Friday that, the IDF struck in the southern Gaza Strip on Thursday and eliminated terrorist Hudhaifa Khaled Suleiman Qawari, a company commander in the Khan Yunis brigade of Hamas' military wing.

According to the statement, throughout the war, the terrorist took part in training the company’s terrorists, the transfer of weapons throughout the southern Gaza Strip, and advanced efforts to rehabilitate and rebuild the Hamas terrorist organization.

Recently, said the IDF, the terrorist advanced terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians and was subsequently eliminated in order to remove the threat he posed.

Prior to the strike, steps were taken to minimize harm to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance, the statement noted.

“IDF troops under the Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat."

Earlier on Friday, the IDF confirmed that it eliminated terrorist Muhammad Bassam Muhammad Mushtaha in a strike two weeks ago in the northern Gaza Strip.

Muhammad Mushtaha served as a company commander in the Shati' Battalion in the Hamas terrorist organization's military wing.

The terrorist infiltrated Israeli territory and participated in the October 7th Massacre, and throughout the war took part in holding numerous hostages captive, including: Tsachi Idan, Corporal Noa Marciano, Ziv Berman, Omri Miran, Ori Megidish, Naama Levy, and Matan Angrerst.

The IDF stated that the terrorist recently attempted to carry out terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians and was subsequently eliminated to remove the threat.

On Thursday, the IDF confirmed that it struck in the area of Gaza City and eliminated terrorist Jamal Mahmoud Abu Kamil, a commander in the Hamas terrorist organization who infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7th Massacre.

Abu Kamil was also the commander of the Gaza District Police. According to the IDF, throughout the war and in recent months, the terrorist advanced terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians, and was eliminated from the air in order to remove the threat.
