Amiel Davidson, a resident of the community of Shilo, was subjected to an unusual rock-throwing attack on Tuesday as he passed the entrance to the village of Qusra on his way from Migdalim.
Footage obtained by Arutz Sheva-Israel National News shows two children - estimated to be around four years old - throwing rocks at his vehicle as it drove past the village entrance.
“I saw two kids, maybe three or four years old, standing right in the middle of my lane,” Davidson recounted. “I was surprised to see such young children in the road, mainly from a safety perspective. I didn’t think anything beyond that.”
“I slowed down to pass them, and the moment I did, one of them picked up a rock and threw it at my car. It hit the right rear door - I heard the bang on the metal and immediately stopped.”
Davidson said he initially didn’t know how to respond. “My first instinct was confusion - I didn’t know what to do. But then I realized there was likely someone directing them. It’s hard to believe a four-year-old would throw rocks at cars without instruction. There may have even been someone filming from a distance.”
He added that although there is usually a military guard post in the area, it was unmanned at the time. “I yelled at the kids, but they didn’t seem fazed. They just stood there, waiting for me to come closer. I didn’t approach, because at that point there wasn’t much I could do. Now I’m left with body damage to the car. But realistically, if I go to the police and report that four-year-old children threw rocks at me, I doubt they’ll take it seriously - it feels like a waste of time.”
