An additional video published on Sunday by the Hostages' Families Forum shows the emotional moment when Maya Regev was reunited with her mother, Mirit Regev, in Soroka Hospital after the former was released on Saturday night from captivity.
The Regev family stated: "We are all very excited by Maya's return to us, together with the rest of the hostages who were released. This is a complex time, and now we have the needed processes in the various fields to allow for the best acclimation and full recovery for Maya. We need some time to provide precise attention to the various needs and to understand our current situation.
Today, just hours after our Maya was released, we are experiencing tremendous joy on the one hand and complexity on the other. Itai is still held hostage; we are at the front of the fight to reunite the family, and we wish for his return home. I ask the public that supported us to pray for his return and, of course, for the quick return of the rest of the hostages."
A third video published on Sunday night shows the Avigdori family reuniting on Saturday night after the mother, Sharon, and Daughter, Noam, were released from Hamas captivity.
