MK Moshe Saada of the Likud criticizesdthe outline presented for the deal to release part of the hostages held by Hamas in Gaza - and especially the fact that it only includes women and children.
"The State of Israel must not allow the vile murderer Sinwar to make a selection between our citizens. What about the mothers and fathers who will not be released? What about the soldiers? What about the elderly? How can we look in the eyes of their families?" Saada contemplated on Twitter.
He added, "As I have already said, of course I am in favor of returning the hostages, but a deal must be made that includes all of them. If we wish to defeat and destroy Hamas, the State of Israel must not agree to the cessation of air activity and turn a blind eye during the days of the ceasefire, just as it must not agree to the ceasefire that will endanger the lives of our soldiers, certainly not in a deal that would leave some of our citizens in the hands of Hamas-ISIS."
"I am not a member of the government, but I expect that the members of the government not accept the current terms of the deal and ensure a deal whose terms will be good from a strategic and security point of view for the State of Israel and which will lead to the release of all the hostages without any selection," he concluded.
