Youth from the Jordan Valley town of Shadmot Mehola, which lost three of its sons in the war against Hamas, traveled to Jerusalem's Zion Square in order to offer support to the public.
Arriving at Zion Square, the youth sang, cried, and danced in the shadow of the war and their town's loss.
The youth also distributed candies to passersby, along with photos of the fallen.
Hundreds of people joined the youth in circles of song, and at the end, they all sang, "Am Israel chai," together.
Shadmot Mehola has suffered the loss of Major Yehuda Natan Cohen, 25 years old and a Givati commander; Elhanan Klein, 30 years old and a father of three, who was killed in a terror attack while on leave from reserve duty; and Rabbi Naaran Eshchar, a Rabbi at Yeshivat Shadmot Mehola who died one week after his tank overturns on the northern border.
