Israel's Foreign Ministry on Wednesday morning condemned a decision by the government of Bolivia to cut ties with Israel over the war with Hamas.
"The government of Bolivia's decision to cut diplomatic ties with Israel is a surrender to terrorism and to the Ayatollah’s regime in Iran," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
"By taking this step, the Bolivian government is aligning itself with the Hamas terrorist organization, which slaughtered over 1,400 Israelis and abducted 240 people, including children, women, babies and the elderly."
"Israel condemns Bolivia’s support of terrorism and its submission to the Iranian regime, which attest to the values the government of Bolivia represents."
The statement also noted that, "Since the change of government in Bolivia, relations between the countries have been devoid of content."
The war began on October 7, after nearly 3,000 terrorists infiltrated Israel from Gaza, massacring civilians, dismembering their victims' bodies, raping, torturing, and burning Israeli civilians, and kidnapping over 240 Israelis, including infants, children, women, and the elderly.
