Activists in Umm al-Fahm are calling on the public to join a vehicular procession on Thursday evening in protest of what they are calling "the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip."

A statement that was published and quoted by the Israeli-Arabic news website al-Jermak stated that the protest procession is a reaction to "the massacre of innocents, including children, women, and elderly."

According to the PA Health Ministry, since the beginning of the war, 1,448 people were killed in the Gaza Strip and Judea and Samaria, of which 248 were women, 447 minors, and 6,868 were injured. 75 thousand residents of Gaza lost their homes.

Arab MKs expressed opposition to Hamas leader Khalid Mashal's call for Arabs to join anti-Israel protests on Friday. Several Arab mayors called on residents to be cautious and refrain from visiting Jewish towns.
