A poll conducted by Dudi Hasid for Kan 11 News and published on Sunday found that if elections were to be held today, the National Unity Party led by Benny Gantz would win 29 seats and the Likud would win 28.

Yesh Atid wins 17 seats, Shas - 10, the Religious Zionist Party (with Otzma Yehudit) - 9, United Torah Judaism - 7, Yisrael Beytenu - 6, Ra'am - 5, Hadash-Ta'al - 5 and Meretz - 4.

The Labor and Balad parties do not pass the electoral threshold.

On the question of who is more suitable to serve as Prime Minister, Gantz wins over Netanyahu with 43% compared to 35% (the rest replied that they do not know who is the most suitable). When Netanyahu is pitted against Yair Lapid, the Prime Minister gets 38% compared to 32% for the chairman of the Yesh Atid Party.

Respondents to the poll were asked if they support legislation that would reduce the reasonableness issue, which the government is currently promoting. 43% expressed opposition to the move compared to 31% who support the move. Among those who voted for parties in the coalition, almost 60% support the reduction of reasonableness compared to only 13% among voters of parties in the opposition.

When asked what their opinion is about the way the police are currently handling the blocking of roads by protesters who oppose the judicial reform, 36% answered that the officers should take tougher measures against blocking of roads, about a quarter claimed that the blocking is handled correctly, and the same number claimed that the police are acting too harshly.

70% of voters for parties in the coalition claimed that it was necessary to act more harshly on the issue, and 40% of voters for parties in the opposition claimed that the protesters are treated too harshly.
