National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir appealed to the Defense and Health Ministries with the demand to cancel the entry permits to Israel for the family members of the terrorist who carried out the ramming and stabbing attack in Tel Aviv this week, In particular, he seeks the revocation of the medical permit of the terrorist's brother after the terrorist abused his own medical permit to commit the attack.

Ben-Gvir states in his letter to Defense Minister Yoav Gallant that despite the media reports on the subject - the terrorist held a work permit in the industrial area in Mishor Adumim.

"It was brought to my attention today that the above-mentioned terrorist, a resident of as-Samu in Mount Hebron, had a permit to be in Mishor Adumim. After further investigation, it was found that his family members, namely, the brother of the terrorist, enjoy work permits in Israel and one of them even holds a medical entry permit and receives medical treatment at the expense of the Israeli taxpayer," Ben-Gvir wrote.

"I appeal to you not to wait and to order the immediate denial of the work and entry permits of the terrorist's family members, the holding of the terrorist's body for the sake of the prisoners and missing persons, as well as the immediate demolition of the terrorist's house today," Ben-Gvir wrote to Gallant.

Ben-Gvir wrote to Health Minister Moshe Arbel: "It has come to my attention that the brother of the abominable terrorist, a resident of Yatir in Mount Hebron, holds a medical entry permit in Israel and receives medical treatment at the expense of the Israeli taxpayer at the hospital. I am appealing to you to immediately clarify the matter and stop the medical funding for the brother of the terrorist, as well as his immediate transfer today for further treatment in the Palestinian Authority."

"Whoever seeks to harm, sabotage, and destroy the lives of innocent Israeli citizens, he and his family members must not be able to enjoy health services in the State of Israel," he said.

Eight people were injured in the attack on Tuesday, including a pregnant woman who lost her child as a result of her injuries.

The terrorist, who was identified as Hussein Khalila, a 23-year-old man who had a medical permit to enter Israel for treatment for a terminal illness.
