The head of the IDF Central Command, General Yehuda Fuchs, on Friday signed a confiscation and demolition order for the home in which terrorist Osama Tawil lived in the Palestinian Arab city of Shechem (Nablus).

On October 11, 2022, the terrorist, together with another terrorist, carried out a shooting attack near Shavei Shomron in which IDF soldier Ido Baruch was murdered.

In addition, the head of the Central Command signed an order to confiscate and demolish the home in which terrorist Maataz Huwaja lived in the Palestinian Arab village of Ni'lin.

On March 9, the terrorist carried out a shooting attack on Dizengoff Street in Tel Aviv, in which Or Eshkar was murdered, and two other civilians were injured.

The orders were issued after appeals filed by the families of the terrorists were rejected.

The families of the terrorists are eligible to file a petition against the orders with the Supreme Court.
