Uriel Rabani, an eyewitness to the deadly ramming attack in Jerusalem on Friday, claims that the medical treatment was delayed because the terrorist wasn't neutralized immediately.

He says that because those who were carrying weapons did not shoot the terrorist immediately, emergency services were unable to enter the scene and attend to the wounded out of fear the terrorist would continue the slaughter.

"I heard the victim's screams, they were alive and then their voices stopped," Uriel said in a conversation with Radio Kol Berama.

He claims, "They didn't go to provide medical care because of the security forces' fear of shooting the terrorist, and the emergency services couldn't approach the scene."
