Justice Noam Sohlberg: Not everything was intended to be justiciable

Speaking at the ceremony, Sohlberg said, "Not everything was intended to be justiciable; we need to solve conflicts with patience." "The deep disagreements, the rift that we, all of us, find ourselves in today, the situation of 'lack of patience and hard work,' prevent us from seeing the entire picture. We desperately need patience and hard work. Not backbreaking work, but yes intensive work." He added, "Patience will make the work efficient and appreciated," urging Israelis "to solve conflicts and work out agreements outside the walls of the court - with understanding."
