Hours after the official announcement of the establishment of the “Amcha Yisrael" party and the unveiling of its Knesset candidates, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s son, Yair Netanyahu, personally addressed the candidates on their social media accounts and urged them to unite with other right-wing parties to prevent further fragmentation that could bring down the entire camp.

In his posts, Yair Netanyahu presented his own political analysis. “If you run independently and do not unite with Smotrich, mathematically there can be no scenario other than one of the following three: 1. You fail to cross the electoral threshold, waste right-wing votes and usher in an Eisenkot-Yair Golan-Mansour Abbas government. 2. You cross the electoral threshold, push Smotrich below the threshold and usher in an Eisenkot-Yair Golan-Mansour Abbas government."

He also outlined a third scenario. “3. You fail to cross the electoral threshold, but take enough votes away from Smotrich to prevent him from crossing it as well, and usher in an Eisenkot-Yair Golan-Mansour Abbas government. Mathematically, there can be no other outcome. This is a fact, not an opinion. You will be remembered the way the Tehiya Party is remembered, as the party that brought about the Rabin government and the Oslo disaster."

Earlier, the Prime Minister himself criticized Winter and warned: “I have no personal problem with him, but I have a national problem. If he crosses the electoral threshold, he will bring down other parties."

Netanyahu called on Winter, Avi Maoz and Moshe Feiglin to take responsibility for the fate of the right-wing bloc. “Feiglin, Winter, Avi Maoz - either withdraw or unite with the existing parties. If you care about the Land of Israel and the people of Israel, that is what you need to do."
