A poll conducted by the Midgam Institute for Channel 12 News and published Monday evening found that a scenario in which Ofer Winter’s party runs independently would weaken the right-wing bloc.
Under this scenario, Winter’s party would cross the electoral threshold, while the Religious Zionist Party would fall below it, reducing the right-wing bloc to a low of 49 Knesset seats.
If Winter’s party runs, Yashar! would win 24 seats, Likud 21, Together 16, the Democrats 11, Yisrael Beytenu 9, United Torah Judaism 8, Shas 7, the Joint List 7, Winter’s party 4 and Ra’am 4.
Below the electoral threshold would be the Zionist Reservists party (2.8%), the Religious Zionist Party (2.4%), Gilad Erdan’s party (0.8%) and Blue and White (0.4%).
If elections were held today with the current party lineup, Eisenkot’s party would win 24 seats, Likud 22, and Bennett and Lapid’s Together party 15.
The Democrats would receive 11 seats, Yisrael Beytenu 9, Otzma Yehudit 9, United Torah Judaism 8, Shas 7, the Joint List 7, the Religious Zionist Party 4 and Ra’am 4.
Under this scenario, the right-wing bloc would win 50 seats, compared with 59 for the bloc of parties opposed to Netanyahu.
