The Hadash, Ta’al and Balad factions have reached an agreement to run together as a single slate in the upcoming Knesset elections.

Under the agreement reached between the parties, the alliance will be formed without Ra’am, led by Mansour Abbas.

As part of the announced allocation of positions, Youssef Jabareen, chairman of Hadash, will head the united slate. Ta’al chairman Ahmed Tibi will be placed second, while Balad chairman Sami Abu Shehadeh will take third place.

A Channel 12 News poll published last week examined a scenario in which the Arab parties unite without Ra’am. In that scenario, Gadi Eisenkot’s party and the Democrats would each lose one seat, while Ra’am would gain one seat, with the two blocs together projected to win 12 seats.
