Two IDF soldiers were moderately injured on Friday as a result of anti-tank fire during a defensive activity in southern Lebanon, the IDF reported Saturday night.

The soldiers were evacuated to the hospital to receive medical treatment, and their families have been notified.

On Friday evening, the IDF stated that five IDF soldiers had been severely injured earlier in the day as a result of projectile fire toward Israeli territory near the Lebanese border, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said.
