A new video posted in the wake of the Bondi Beach shooting shows haunting footage of two of the victims before the attack.
Rabbi Eli Schlanger can be seen helping a man wrap Tefilin on the beach. Public Tefilin stands are one of the Chabad movement's most widespread efforts to make the Torah's commandments available to Jews around the world.
At the right side of the screen, ten-year-old Matilda watches Rabbi Schlanger at work.
Both were murdered in the attack just a short while later, along with more than a dozen others at the Chanukah festival.
