שורד השבי אלון אהל הגיע לראשונה לכיכר החטופיםמטה משפחות החטופים

Just over a month after he returned home from more than 700 days in Hamas captivity in Gaza, Alon Ohel visited Hostages Square in Tel Aviv.

During the visit, Ohel sat at the piano placed in the square and played "Shir Lelo Shem" (Song Without a Name), which was composed by Shalom Hanoch and originally performed by Yehudit Ravitz. He was surrounded by dozens of people who joined in the singing.

Ohel returned from captivity on October 13th as part of the deal between Israel and Hamas. While on the helicopter to the hospital, he wrote the lyrics of the song on a dry-erase board: "Since my song is what blows the wind, my open window, the source of my strength, laughter and tears, the end of my suffering... I am home."

Ohel's parents, Idit and Kobi, had shared in the past that this was the song that he played in his room before leaving for the music festival from which he was abducted.

Other survivors recounted how even in the tunnels in Gaza, Ohel would sing the song to encourage himself and others.
