A report from Egypt has said that Abu Qazam al-Makdisi, a Gazan Arab considered to be ISIS in Sinai's number two, was eliminated together with nine other terrorists in an Egyptian army operation.
Al-Makdisi was responsible for the 2017 mosque massacre, which left over 300 people dead.
He and the other terrorists were eliminated near the Suez Canal.
