Swastikas were discovered on several large campaign signs for Wisconsin Republican House candidate Derrick Van Orden on Monday.

At least three signs were defaced with the Nazi symbol, according to WKBT.

“This is just the latest in a series of attempts by the left to censor and silence those who think differently than they do,” Van Orden told Breitbart.

“Vandalism like this and attempts to silence political speech are unacceptable, regardless of party affiliation,” he said. “I am running to represent everyone in the Third District, including those who disagree with me.”

Van Orden, who was endorsed by former President Donald Trump, has a strong lead in recent polls against Democrat Deb Baldus in the race to replace retiring Rep. Ron Kind (D-WI) in Wisconsin’s Third Congressional District.
