One week after the saddest day of the year, (the 9th of Av), we arrive at Tu B'Av - the 15th of Av - one of the two happiest days of the year, a day on which many positive things have occurred and the beginning of the countdown to the upcoming festival days of Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and Sukkot.
