Attorney Moshe Frei, a Religious Zionist, completed the Talmudic tractate "Menachot" at the start of the trail on Mount Everest.
The event was held at an altitude of 5,364 meters, unusual for an event of this type, and may be the world's highest "siyum" (ceremony at the completion of a tractate).
