The Iranian regime launched an unusually large salvo of eight to ten ballistic missiles on Wednesday afternoon toward central Israel.
In some locations, missile sirens sounded five times within a few minutes.
Following the barrage, rescue forces were dispatched to several impact sites in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, and Savyon.
Magen David Adom teams searched ten different scenes from which calls were received and found no physical injuries. At the same time, they treated a small number of people suffering from anxiety and five cases of injuries sustained by civilians on their way to protected areas.
Simultaneously, the IDF began a wave of strikes on dozens of Iranian regime terror targets in the heart of Tehran.
A short time after residents of central Israel were authorized to leave their protected spaces, alerts were again received warning of another incoming missile barrage toward much of the country. The alerts were followed by alarms in several areas of central Israel.
