Amazon is taking down listings for T-shirts bearing the slogan “We are all Palestine Action” following complaints that selling such merchandise may be illegal after the UK government proscribed the group as a terrorist organization on July 5, 2025.

The action comes after UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI) flagged several product pages still offering the shirts, despite many already being removed. UKLFI warned Amazon that it could face secondary liability for enabling or encouraging criminal offenses if customers were to wear the shirts in public.

Under Section 13 of the UK’s Terrorism Act 2000, it is a criminal offense to wear clothing in public in a way that may suggest support for a proscribed terrorist group. UKLFI argued that selling the shirts facilitates such offenses.

An Amazon spokesperson responded: “We require all products sold by independent third-party sellers in our store to comply with all applicable laws. We are removing the products in question.”

UKLFI said they were satisfied with Amazon’s response. “We’ve been assured the merchandise will be removed,” a spokesperson said. “We provided details of around eight active listings, including some offering shirts for children as young as three. We are pleased Amazon is acting responsibly.”
