Hundreds of Peleg Yerushalmi haredim are protesting this morning (Tuesday) outside the Tel Hashomer Induction Center, in an attempt to interfere with the drafting of haredim who have received conscription orders.
In the afternoon, many of the protesters managed to break into the base. Soldiers were documented dragging the protesters out.
According to the police, despite announcing that "the demonstration was illegal," the rioters became violent, called the the policemen Nazis, tried to break through barriers, threw bottles and objects at the policemen and cavalry, and even sat under the trucks.
