Two horses, belonging to the British army bolted and started running loose through central London. British media sources reported Wednesday at noon that at least four people were injuredat three different locations.
A spokesman for the British army updated: "A number of Household Cavalry horses escaped during the routine exercises this morning. All have been returned to base."
The London police announced that two injured horses were caught on a highway in the center of the capital: "Several staff members and horses were injured and they are receiving medical and veterinary treatment."
The British police later updated: "We are happy to inform that all the horses have been taken care of. We continue to be in contact with the army."
The spokesman for the London emergency services said that, "We were alerted this morning to reports of an incident with runaway horses and sent teams to the scene."
