A delegation comprised of relatives of those held hostage by Gaza terror groups traveled to New York, where they prayed at the gravesite of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, for the safe return of all of the hostages.

As the group arrived at the gravesite in Queens, New York, thousands of New York Jews came to greet them, from all areas of the city.

The crowd sang, "Am Israel chai," and applauded the arrival of the delegation representing the hostages' families. During the prayer session, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Aharonov, the organizer of the trip and the chairman of Tze'irei Chabad, recited aloud a joint prayer for the return of the hostages.

Later, the delegation flew to Washington, where they visited the US Senate and met senior senators. They then participated in the mass rally in support of Israel, and towards evening visited the home of Israeli Ambassador to the US Mike Herzog, who listened to their troubles and desire to receive information regarding their loved ones.

At the end of the meeting, a gathering was held, during which the relatives spoke about their loved ones who were murdered or kidnapped, and prayed to the Creator of the World for good news.
