The police prosecutor submitted an indictment against a Be'er Sheva resident who stole a trailer and $10,000 from the site of the Supernova music festival near Re'im, where Hamas terrorists massacred 260 civilians on October 7th.
According to the indictment, the suspect requested military authorization to come to the area to help search for missing persons but exploited it to loot the devastation.
The suspect attached the trailer to his vehicle and drove with it to Be'er Sheva, where he parked it near a business he owned. He also stole various papers and $10,000 from inside the trailer, which belonged to the festival production team.
The police found the trailer and arrested the suspect a short time later.
The detention of the suspect, a male in his 40s, was extended by the Be'er Sheva Magistrate's Court, and following the investigation, the individual was indicted, and a request was submitted to detain him until the end of the legal process.
